YTL series vertical desulfurization pumps are vertical, axial suction, single stage, single suction, single shell, centrifugal structure. This series of pumps integrates the advantages of similar products at home and abroad and innovates in structure design and material of overflow components. The series of pumps have the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation and long service life, and their comprehensive performance has reached the leading level in China. It is suitable for transportation of limestone or gypsum slurry in desulfurization systems of thermal power generation, steel plant, aluminium and oil refining industries. The maximum allowable slurry weight concentration Cw is 60%, the maximum chloride ion content is 60,000 ppm, the pH value is 2.5-13, and the slurry temperature is less than 65 C. There are 13 types of pumps.

Characteristics of Desulfurization Pump

Using single pump shell structure, the over-flow parts are made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant chromium-nickel alloy.

The standard structure is divided into two kinds: one is a general structure of one section of axle, and the other is a lengthened structure of two sections of axle.

Pump shaft seal adopts non-flushing water mechanical seal, which can prevent the leakage of pump fluid, so as not to damage the bearing.

It has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation and long service life.
